Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance + uniting opposites. This practice encompasses nearly all types of modern yoga styles in one beautiful, meaningful class.
This is an ALL-LEVELS class, meaning that it’s appropriate for yoga newbies + experienced practitioners alike. Assistant teacher, Tracy Scott + I will guide you through pose variations + options to practice with or without a chair throughout the entire practice so you can find what works for you.
