Slow Flow class offers a light and creative approach to aligning breath with movement. It’s a slower paced practice, with postures that are generally held for longer periods than in Vinyasa Flow classes. This class can be a mix of more active, flowing sequences and more passive, restorative release. Exploration of a range of postures is offered. In some classes music and essential oils are used to enhance student experience.

This 75-minute class blends breathing, mantra, meditation, and sound with a variety of asanas (poses) to create a richly integrative experience for mind, body, and soul. Accessible to both long-time yoga students and beginners, it is a unique offering that will help deepen your sensitivity to what is happening in and around you.

Vinyasa Flow is a style of practice that begins with a gradual warm-up and progresses through standing poses, backbends, and forward folds and options for more advanced postures (and variations). Suitable for beginners through advanced students, it offers an opportunity to develop postural alignment, aligning breath and movement, and developing strength, flexibility, and balance.
