Public Yoga Classes

  • What keeps me coming back to Gretchen’s classes is the intuitive ability she has to know what a class needs. Time regularly disappears on me in Gretchen’s classes because I am able to still my mind and follow my breath in ways I can not in other areas of my life.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow class offers a light and creative approach to aligning breath with movement. It’s a slower paced practice, with postures that are generally held for longer periods than in Vinyasa Flow classes. This class can be a mix of more active, flowing sequences and more passive, restorative release. Exploration of a range of postures is offered. In some classes music and essential oils are used to enhance student experience.
