Slow Flow

Slow Flow class offers a light and creative approach to aligning breath with movement. It’s a slower paced practice, with postures that are generally held for longer periods than in Vinyasa Flow classes. This class can be a mix of more active, flowing sequences and more passive, restorative release. Exploration of a range of postures is offered. In some classes music and essential oils are used to enhance student experience.

Restorative Yoga w/ Crystal Bowls

This 75-minute class uses props to relax into a variety of supported poses. We spend time resting in the poses for 3-7 minutes before moving into the next relaxing, restorative pose. Accessible to both long-time yoga students and beginners, it is a unique offering that will help deepen your sensitivity to what is happening in and around you. Class ends with an extended savasana (reclined, final relaxation pose)  that includes an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is known as “the yoga of awareness.” It uses powerful mantras, mudras, meditations, breath practices, and dynamic yoga poses to help us cultivate our creative spiritual potential, speak our truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness. In this class, we’ll explore Kundalini Yoga’s potential for radical transformation in our lives.
