Every tool we need is within us at ALL times. The answers we seek are within. But, our current lifestyles and cultures have not actively taught us to move inward to find a deep connection with ourselves – our Self.
It’s my job to facilitate your expansion and personal growth. My dharma (my life’s mission) is to explore and experience new ways to adapt to our modern lives in healing, uplifting, and meaningful ways. Guiding others to transition into the light during these changing and challenging times is my main intention.
If you’ve experienced hardship, please know that you are not alone. There are ways to move into deeper states of calm and ease. I can help guide you towards your own personal path of healing and teach you methods that help to overcome the anxiety + depression that take up residence within us after abuse, trauma, and any other deeply rooted pain.

There is great wisdom in the body and the natural world.

As a healer, part of my work is to give you the space to open up to a deeper sense of who you are within. We do this work together – I give you the tools and then hold the space while you move inward. This work is not easy, and it can require time and patience, on both our parts, but I assure you that it IS worthwhile and absolutely life-changing.

I’ve been privileged to teach yoga for over 10 years, have obtained over 15 years of experience working in the health + wellness industry, and have maintained a personal yoga practice for over 20 years. Sharing the essence of yoga + inviting healing are my heart’s greatest passions.

I’ve logged over 5,000 hours of hands-on teaching time, both in class settings and through one-on-one private yoga + meditation sessions.

Personal Teaching Style

My yoga teacher training certificates are based on both hatha + kundalini yoga styles, so my classes often blend the two together.
My hatha roots are in the Sampoorna tradition born out of Swami Sivananda’s teachings brought to the west by Swami Vishnu Devananda. I received my 200-hr YTT at an ashram tucked away in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania with my guru, Leela Mata, and other teachers who lived with and studied directly under Swami Vishnu Devananda.
The kundalini aspect came from my Prenatal Plus Yoga certification. I am fascinated with Kundalini Yoga and have been for many years – I find it to be an incredible release and a profoundly connective practice. My teacher, Debra Geymayr, was trained by the beautiful and inspiring Gurmukh Kaur Kalsa.
My teaching style incorporates meditation (dhyana), energy work (chakras), chanting (mantra), the physical postures (asana), hand positions (mudras) and breathwork (pranayama) practices. When we practice, we are looking to increase our vitality + energy while calming the mind + making room to connect with our radiant light bodies.
