The Beginner’s Yoga program has been developed for those new to yoga or who want to get back to yoga after a long break. Gretchen will guide you through basic sequences of poses, giving variations so that you can challenge yourself if you want.
The beginner yoga program introduces the many aspects of yoga and allows you to advance quickly with one-to-one support.
